One of the largest Apple and Lenovo warranty centers in the area with tons of computer parts in stock! They even have single mode and multi mode fiber-optic cables in stock! With tons of component parts and wires to make your own cables it reminds of the glory days of Radio Shack!

The Micros NE team is fantastic. Had an urgent need for a new PC, and John made it happen within an hour of my inquiry. Joe is an amazing tech, and Frank is a great guy who knows how to make the customer happy. Highly recommend this company!

10/10 best buying experience and customer service. I recently purchased a laptop from the folks at Micros not only did I get a knock out price they also covered the laptop for an additional 2 years on the warranty. I sent the laptop to my niece in Ohio for college. She had been using it for a month and the battery seemed to drain a little quick, I called them up and with no questions asked they had us ship the laptop to them and they replaced the battery at no cost!! My niece loves the laptop and I loved doing business with Micros Northeast they are top notch!!!

The connector to my Lenovo laptop's screen had broken. The computer itself was fine, but it wouldn't even boot without the screen connector. These guys did a quick diagnosis and quote and had the repair done in a few days. After I took it home I noticed there was a very minor issue in how they reattached the bezel after the repair - I brought it back, they ordered a new bezel at their own expense and fixed that too. It's been a few months now and my laptop screen is still working perfectly. Great customer service and saved me from spending thousands on a new laptop.

Lenovo citied Micros as a repair shop within warranty so my expectations weren’t high and that’s nothing against the shop I just never have the greatest luck with fixes within warranties. Either way, the gentlemen that handled my computer did it with gentle care and dove deep to solve the issue. They came to the resolution and they were able to explain it to me in a precise manner. I don’t personally live close to Micros however, I would drive out of the way to ensure whatever technological needs I have are satisfied to the highest extent.

Micros Northeast provides excellent service! These guys know computers. I'm so grateful for their help with my mac laptop. Macs don't have problems very often but on occasion they do and these guys know exactly how to fix the problem. Thank you so much for the work you do!

My daughter's computer was damaged in a fall. We were in a pinch and needed it fixed. I reached out to Micros Northeast late on a Friday and I couldn't have received better support than I got from John and C.J. I drove 45 mins to get there and they got my computer right in to assess the damage. C.J explained to me what he was doing and why he was doing it, as he visually showed me in the laptop what was damaged. I was in and out in less time than it came to order a cup of coffee at the gas station next door. Knowing we needed the laptop, C.J. provided a workaround to the problem until we could get it back for a longer stay. I can't thank John and C.J. enough for saving the day. I'm not going anywhere else for my computer needs after the superb treatment I received in their shop. Due to their kindness, speed and thoroughness, they earned a life long customer.

Came here because it was the closest to me so they could check up on my Lenovo’s battery. Turned out it wasn’t seated properly and John was able to fix it up real quick. Didn’t even get charged for it even after offering. I will definitely come again, thank you!
